William Andreasyan is a senior pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration at the USC Marshall School of Business. While at USC, William served as the president of the Value Investing Group and as a portfolio manager of the Undergraduate Student Investment Fund (USIF), which manages a $3 million portfolio comprised of equities, fixed income, and ETFs. William spent the past summer working at ValueAct Capital in San Francisco, a $13 billion activist fund focused on building sustainable value for all shareholders. Prior to this, he worked on the domestic research team at Harris Associates in Chicago, a $140 billion value-based mutual fund which has outperformed the broader market net of fees since 1991. In his free time, William enjoys reading, running marathons, and playing poker.
Joey is a senior studying Economics and French. He joined the Value Investing Group during the first semester of his freshman year and served as president during his junior year. Joey spent the past summer working in the equity research department at The TCW Group, a global asset management firm with ~$200 billion in assets under management. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, playing piano and reading.
Viren is an undergraduate at USC pursuing a degree in Business Administration at the Marshall School of Business. While at USC, Viren has been very involved in the school’s finance community and has served on the executive board of the Trojan Investing Society. This past summer, Viren interned at MidCap Financial, Apollo Global Management’s $16B middle market debt fund, in the firm’s Leveraged Finance & Financial Sponsors team covering middle market private equity transactions. Outside of school, Viren is extremely passionate about distressed debt and special situations investing. He enjoys reading books and working out in his spare time.
