Ankush Bhat is a sophomore studying Economics/Mathematics. Ankush joined the Value Investing Group in the spring semester of his freshman year. This past summer, he interned at Old West Investment Management, a value-based long-short equity fund based in Los Angeles. His other activities on campus include playing the double bass for the Concerto Chamber Orchestra, intramural soccer, and tennis for Trojan Tennis Club. Aside from investing, Ankush enjoys watching movies and reading comic books.
Leo Kanaskie is a Sophomore studying Economics and Mathematics in the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences. Leo joined VIG in the spring semester of his Freshman year. Outside of VIG Leo spends much of his time managing his own, technology-focused, investment portfolio. In his free time, Leo enjoys reading, chess, watching Billions and playing squash/soccer.
Katie is a freshman double majoring in Business Administration and Applied and Computational Mathematics. She joined Value Investing Group in the fall this year. Last summer, Katie interned in the Budget and Finance Department of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Outside of VIG, Katie is also part of Marshall Business Student Government and Xpressions Dance Company and in her free time, she enjoys reading, researching stocks, dancing, and spending time with friends.
Olga Archakov is a freshman at USC studying Business Administration and joined VIG in the fall semester of her freshman year. Aside from VIG she also serves on the executive board of Trojan Investing Society. In the past Olga has interned at the North Suburban YMCA, assisting with the various needs of the nonprofit across the business functions. In addition to investing, Olga enjoys reading, travelling, and keeping up with Chicago sports.
Noah Kay is a freshman pursuing a major in Business Administration with a minor in Statistics. He has worked as a consultant for Golden Set Analytics, a company that provides strategies to top professional tennis players. On campus, he is also a member of the Trojan Investing Society and the USC Sports Business Association. In his free time, he enjoys reading books, watching Survivor, and playing tennis.
Anshul Sachdeva is a freshman studying Economics/Mathematics. Anshul joined VIG in the fall semester of his freshman year. Outside of investing, Anshul is involved with research on the market for self-deception at the Marshall School of Business. In his free time, Anshul loves to play tennis, listen to music, and read.
Teddy Holappa is currently a sophomore at USC pursuing a degree in applied mathematics and economics. He joined VIG the first semester of his sophomore year. Last summer, he interned with IHS Markit, a global data provider, as a software engineer/product manager in the OTC derivatives department. Outside of school, Teddy is an emergency medical technician, programmer, active investor, and a contributor for Seeking Alpha.
